They do not generally need special tyres and are mostly the same that are fitted to light commercial vehicles and mainly chosen by speed rating and load rating.
When should I change my Caravan / Motorhome tyres?
With all tyres regardless of how many miles you have driven on them for they have a lifespan, natural ageing of the tyre materials occur day to day from weather conditions like sunlight and atmosphere. It is recommended that tyres should be replaced at 5 years old this is from the date the tyre was made not the date purchased.
